Sick is the new black
I've been quite ill with the flu for several days now. The good news is that I'm up and feeling well enough to whine about it. Getting a severe illness does have some benefits though like giving you the opportunity to realize how blessed you are in so many ways. It also brings it home for me what a major blessing having good health is. Good times perspective wise.

So sorry you have been sick. :( But you are right without the downs we can't appreciate the ups as much.
